The TV Collective is an eclectic mix of maverick media professionals whose creativity has been informed by the richness of their diverse experiences and backgrounds. From new entrants to execs and managing directors, all are eager and committed to contributing to an industry that truly reflects 21st century Britain.
Working closely with the BBC, Channel 4 and the CDN, The TV Collective has always been keen to forge further links with anyone who shares the same determination to see under-represented groups, particularly from ethnic and culturally diverse, working-class and disabled communities, integrated throughout the industry’s structures and operations.
When The TV Collective decided they need a new web presence to truly reflect the influence the organisation they have within the television industry they turned to Craft. Starting with a new logo, branding guidelines and then on to a community news site for them to be proud of, we have given them a contemporary, professional look.
With the hottest news items taking a prominent place on the home page, stories can now be categorised, tagged and prioritised. The content dynamically adapts to browser size, adding further panels to maximise use of the available space. Finally, utilising Facebook Connect as a tool to simplify the user experience, a membership and comments systems has been integrated.
